2025 TAFE Convention Registration (By Check)

This form is for registering attendees and paying by CHECK.
After form is submitted a invoice will be emailed to you for payment

Registration Fees:
Members:
  • $275 – Prior to October 18, 2024
  • $300 – October 19, 2024 Through December 1, 2024
  • $350 – December 2, 2024 December 20, 2024
  • No refunds after December 21st.
** Saturday Night Foundation Dinner- Registration includes ticket to this event. For additional non registered guests please add to cart. Seating arrangements and assigned tables will be available for sale at a later date.

Membership

Annual Membership only has to be paid ONCE per year for the entire organization. Membership runs April 1st through March 31st.

Important Notes:

  • Once you submit this form, you will receive a copy of your submission to the contact email above
  • If you have more attendees than will fit on this form (more than 10) then you will need to complete first form and submit and then complete an additional form(s) and submit.
  • Individual meal tickets can also be purchased at the registration desk on-site at the Convention.

Cancellations received prior to December 1, 2024 will receive a full refund.

Cancellations between December 1 to December 20 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after December 21st 2024
