Early Registration is open until 5:00 PM on October 30, 2020.
Regular Registration will be October 31 - December 4, 2020.
Late Registration will begin after 5:00 PM on December 4, 2020.

- Member registration starts at $185/person.
- Non-Member starts at $285/person.

Annual Membership

Annual Membership only has to be paid ONCE for the entire organization. If you have questions as to whether or not the membership for your organization has been paid please contact the TAFE Office at texasfairsandevents@gmail.com. Thanks!

  • Once you submit this form, you will receive a copy of your submission to the contact email above
  • If you have more attendees than will fit on this form (more than 10) then you will need to complete first form and submit and then complete an additional form(s) and submit. You may also call 979-532-9141 and register over the phone.
  • Individual meal tickets can be purchased by calling the TAFE office or at the registration desk on-site at the Convention.

Cancellations received prior to December 15, 2019 will receive a full refund.

Cancellations between December 16 to December 31 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after January 1st.
